How to consult and change the submission method for SIBA Hosting Bulletins

You already have your AL registered with SEF, through the SIBA Portal, but don't know which shipping method you selected at the time?

We will explain in detail how you can proceed with this consultation and how you can request a change in the shipping method.
If you still do not have your AL registered with SEF, click here to find out how to register.

 

How to consult the shipping method?

All steps!

 

1) Go to SIBA Portal, through the following link: https://siba.ssi.gov.pt/

 

2) Click in Reserved area, at the top right corner.

3) Click in Authenticate, at the top right corner.

4) Insert the authentication data for the establishment in question.
These were sent to you by email when registering the establishment at SEF, through this SIBA Portal.
See the Craft, which will contain all the necessary data. This letter has the following presentation, example.

5) After authenticating your establishment, you can check your data in the upper right corner.
To see the shipping method and all the information you provided at the time of registration, click Updating registration data.

6) It is on this form that you can check which shipping method of Accommodation Bulletins.

What if it is not WEB SERVICE?

To be able to use BA Direto successfully, you will have to request a change in this shipping method.

If the shipping method is different, you must make this change, getting in direct contact with SEF.

For this, we leave below an email template, with a brief communication, to proceed with the change of the how to send the Accommodation Bulletins.

Subject matter: Web Service Hosting Bulletin Sending Mode Change

 

Good Morning,

My name is <Name of the contact that appears in the registration of the Hotel Unit on the SIBA form>, I am responsible for the Hotel Unit <Tax identification number>, Property <No. of the establishment concerned by the amendment>.

I request to change the way of sending Bulletins of the above-identified Establishment for Web Service.

I await your confirmation as soon as possible.

After confirmation from SEF as to the change of the way of sending the Lodging Bulletins, you can take advantage of services that allow you to send them automatically.
This confirmation by SEF can take between 1 and 3 working days.
