The LA explorer may send data to SEF from the Check-in date.
If you are responsible for managing a Local Accommodation, please be aware that:
A communication of foreign guest data to SEF - Foreigners and Borders Service is a legal obligation.
✓ Failure to notify the SEF constitutes a counter-order punishable by fines of € 100 to € 2000.
✓ It is required by law to hold an Information Book in its accommodation unit, as well as the availability of the rules of use of the space, translated into four languages.
✓ The lack of valid non-contractual civil liability insurance is a reason for cancellation of your registration of the LA in the National Tourist Registry.
