Who we are
BAD - DIGITAL MARKETING, LDA is a private limited company that is registered at the commercial registry office of Coimbra under the unique number of legal person and registration number 515309125, headquartered at Avenida Dias da Silva, nº 49 - 3000-137 Coimbra, holding a share capital of € 5,000.
Data receipt
By voluntarily giving us your personal information, it will only be accessed by our services, for a maximum period of 10 years (minimum period in which we believe it is reasonable for a potential relationship). Personal information is considered to be anything that can be used to identify a user, such as name, email address, date of birth, tax number, address, telephone / cell phone number or other data necessary for the service provided by BA Direto can work properly. Personal data is not created solely by the interaction of users with the site. Personal data is created through technical processes such as registration forms, cookies, analytical data, and the incorporation of third parties. We do not automatically record personal information, including your IP address. The registration of IP addresses that consult the Site is only for the purpose of statistical analysis of traffic. The data provided will not be transferred to third parties without your prior consent. The data of the users' customers are provided through a form developed exclusively for sending them to the SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service), through a web service to the SIBA (Accommodation Bulletin Information System) platform. The data can be consulted and deleted by the user after its transmission to SEF. This possibility allows the user to fulfill his duties to delete his clients' data if requested by them.
What rights do you have about your data?
If you have an account with BA Direto, you can ask to receive an export file with the personal data stored about you, including any personal data you have specified. We also allow, at your request, access, rectification and deletion of personal data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. If the use of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it, without compromising the validity of the data processing carried out until that moment. Through the data protection officer, you can request information about your data, processing, purpose underlying their treatment, their correction or updating as well as their deletion, without prejudice to the legislation applicable to the treatment in question.
Update information
If, at any time, you wish to stop receiving emails or other communications sent by BA Direct, or if you have sent personally identifiable information through our platform and would like this information to be deleted from our records, please notify us info@badireto.pt. Correction, change or export of your data is also possible.
Procedures foreseen for data breach
If the personal data we store is subject to any data breach, we have automatic processes with email contact mechanisms to alert the users involved up to a maximum of 72 hours. In addition we have internal reporting systems that monitor security breaches and bug fixes.

For courtesy to our visitors, BA Direct contains links to some third party Sites, which we believe may contain useful information. The Privacy Policy presented here does not apply to these Sites, so we strongly advise you to consult their Privacy Policy.
