BA Direct | Extranet: Payments and Renewals
Subscribing to the BA Direct service is performed on the PAYMENTS. As well as service renewals.
Follow the instructions below to Payments (New membership) or Renovations.
Payments
At Payment Management, enter the number of accommodations you want to subscribe to the service.
To do this, simply choose the option that best suits your needs through the option "Select how many accommodations“.
The value of the 1º Accommodation is € 45, plus VAT at the normal rate in force, corresponding to the subscription to the BA Direct service that includes a first accommodation.
The subscription has the valid for one year from the date you subscribe to the service.
Each Extra accommodation has a value of € 5, plus VAT at the normal rate in force.
Extra Accommodation can be subscribed at the same time as the 1st Accommodation subscription, and for this you must indicate the number of Lodges you want, using the "Select how many accommodations“.
For example: If you want to add 3 Lodges operated by the same entity, select 3 lodgings and make the payment.
You will be charged € 45 (+ VAT) for the basic service and the first accommodation plus € 5 (VAT) for each accommodation. In this case, 2 extra lodgings that stay at € 10 (+ VAT).
However, you can subscribe for Extra accommodations at any time, these being valid for one year from the date of their subscription.
It turns out that the validity of the Extra Lodgings, despite having a proper expiration, depend on the subscription of the base service, because if this one is not renewed, it can not continue to use the service, even having still the subscription of the Extra Active Rentals.
In the case of not renewing the service subscription, it will not be possible to send Accommodation Bulletins to the SEF.
After selecting the number of Accommodations, press the Continue Payment:
A window will appear with the Multibanco references to make the payment:
Reference MB has the 10 days validity.
To make the payment, simply access the system Homebanking your bank and choose the option “Payments” and then “Payment for Services / Purchases”. Or address any ATM Cash Machine.
After making the payment, the subscription status will be enabled. The activation of the service, after payment has been made, may last up to 10 minutes.
Payment History
You can access the subscriptions through the list below the payment form.
In this list you can consult the payment references, O state where is your subscription (Paid; Unpaid) and all other data of this operation.
Renovations
If the renewal is not completed, you will not be able to issue new Accommodation Bulletins.
A pop-up will appear constantly informing you that your subscription has expired.
By following that link, you will go directly to the “PAYMENTS” tab where you can regularize the situation.
At the top of all pages, below the titles, you will find an indication of the status of your subscription.
Before your subscription expires, you will be notified via email, 10 days before the expiration date.
This notification will contain new MB references for payment of the new subscription.
If you allow the term of these MB references to expire, you must start a new service subscription process.
AL Extra Renewal
All subscribed accommodation, even if Extras, will be valid for 1 year from the time of subscription.
However, even if valid, Extra Accommodations always depend on an active Base Subscription.
If the subscription of a later subscribed AL (Extra) expires, you will have to repeat the process and it will be valid for 1 year.
However, you must have an active Base Subscription for that Extra to be eligible.
