BA Direct | Extranet: Accommodation

 

It's on the Accommodation, in the initial menu, you can add, change or delete your accommodations.

After the subscription has been made.

Accommodation data must match the SEF data. If in doubt, access the SIBA platform.

When you registered your SEF Accommodation through the SIBA platform, you were an Office with the authentication key, where you will find the data related to the Accommodation for later communication of the Lodging Bulletins.

 

 

After choosing the tab Accommodation from the home menu, press the Add:

With the following data you can then proceed to fill out the registration form for a new Accommodation on the BA Direct platform.

 

By filling out this form you will notice that the first field, NIF Hotel Unit, is already filled with the NIF of the exploring entity. Not even being able to change it.

In the field Establishment, you must enter the number that coincides with the Official issued by the SEF when you registered this Accommodation.
(If it is the first lodging registered in the SEF by the entity, then it will be the number 0, and the next lodging registered by the same entity will be the number 1 and so on.)

Just like in the field Establishment, the field Key of Authentication shall be filled in with the corresponding data of the Office.

These first data should coincide with the data Official issued by SEF, when registering a Accommodation Unit on the SIBA platform.

In the field Name of Hotel Unit should indicate the name of your host.
(Example: House of the Palm)

You must enter the name of the Exploring Entity which should coincide with the data of your Profile.

 

The data for the Address, Postal Code and locality refer to the exact location of the Accommodation you are registering.

You should therefore be aware that the address is complete and port number is included.

 

The remaining fields are the contact person's data. Since FAX is not a required field.

 

 

To edit or delete a Hosting, simply select the Hosting you want to change from the list below and choose the option you want.
