After sending the Accommodation Bulletin for your guest to fill out, find out which Bulletins are still waiting to be filled out.

Make sure the Bulletin is completed

If the reservation is approaching and the guest has not yet submitted the information, they can copy the link and send the form again, reinforcing this need before they arrive.

In this list you will find the Bulletins you have sent to guests both for the "“Copy Link”"as well as the functionality of emailing.

What you should know ...

Some important features that you should take into account.

Link validity for completion

When you send a link to the guest, the guest has a deadline to be filled!

The link expires after 5 days of the Check-in date and is no longer valid.

It also disappears from the list!

After filling

Upon being filled out and submitted by the guest, you will be notified via email and the link will disappear from the list.

Then you can find it waiting for it to be sent to SEF in the "Accommodation Bulletins" tab.

Once completed, the link will no longer be valid.

Hourly updates

After the guest completes and submits the Bulletin form, it will only appear in the list of Accommodation Bulletins when the next hour is met.
