A good first impression is essential and the AL image sells more than descriptions or areas. When someone likes what they see in the images, it is easier to make a reservation. Know how:
1. Plan the photo shoot
Define which divisions you want to photograph and the order. Do research on the best hours of sunlight according to the placement of rooms in the house. Also try to choose a day with lots of sunshine so that you can make the best use of the light.
2. Clean and organize spaces
The house must be impeccably presented. We often see photos of properties that are a mess, messy and dirty. A photograph of this kind will do nothing for the room or the house and will make it difficult to do business. When seeing a poor quality photograph, the client will not be able to visualize the property in an adequate way.
3. Choose a good angle that favors divisions
Try to make the photos from an angle that favors each environment. There are some tricks used by professional photographers to give space to spaces, such as the rule of thirds, which consists of framing vertically or horizontally what will be photographed.
To be sure that you get at least one good shot of each room a tip is to take lots of pictures from as many angles and positions as possible.
4. Pay special attention to bathrooms
The bathroom (as well as the kitchen) is a room that has to be clean, or at least that's how it should appear. One of the most common mistakes is that the toilet lid is raised, as well as the wastebasket not having a lid.
Also pay attention to mirrors, try to make the photo so that your reflection does not appear.
5. Edit the photos
Once you've selected the photos you've taken, it's time to edit them. Photo editing will polish and enhance your real estate photos, leaving them looking more professional.
6. Highlight the differentiating points
Since real estate photography will be used in a way that attracts and holds the customer's attention, ideally, it will show the property at its best. Ads must have photos to value the property. So, if there is any difference, be sure to photograph it. It can be a terrace, a barbecue, fireplace, closet etc.
