Operating period
1 - Without prejudice to legal or contractual provisions, local accommodation establishments may freely establish their periods of operation.
2 - The period of operation of the local accommodation establishments provided for in paragraph c) of paragraph 1 of article 3 must be properly publicized, except when the establishment is open every day of the year.
3 - Access and stay at the local accommodation establishment is reserved for guests and their guests.
4 - The operating entity may refuse access to the establishment to anyone who disturbs its normal functioning and / or disrespects public order, in breach of applicable urbanity, functioning and noise rules.
5 - The operating rules and noise rules applicable to the establishment must be duly publicized by the operator.
