Local accommodation establishments can freely establish their period of operation, without prejudice to legal or contractual provision.

In other words, Local Accommodation establishments can freely define their period of operation, as long as they are within contractual and legal parameters.

However, the 'lodging establishments», Such as“ Hostels ”,“ Bed & Breakfast ”and“ Guest Houses ”, if they are not open every day of the year, they must advertise their operating periods.

Access and stay at the establishment is reserved for guests and their guests.

The operator may refuse access to the establishment to anyone who disturbs its normal functioning or disrespects public order, disregarding the rules of urbanity, functioning or noise.

Article 19
Operating period

1 - Without prejudice to legal or contractual provisions, local accommodation establishments may freely establish their periods of operation.

2 - The period of operation of the local accommodation establishments provided for in paragraph c) of paragraph 1 of article 3 must be properly publicized, except when the establishment is open every day of the year.

3 - Access and stay at the local accommodation establishment is reserved for guests and their guests.

4 - The operating entity may refuse access to the establishment to anyone who disturbs its normal functioning and / or disrespects public order, in breach of applicable urbanity, functioning and noise rules.

5 - The operating rules and noise rules applicable to the establishment must be duly publicized by the operator.
