It must enter into a non-contractual civil liability insurance guaranteeing property damage and non-property damage.
The "Hostel"
The «Hostel» is a Local Accommodation establishment registered under the «Accommodation» modality.
Modalities of local accommodation establishments
At the time of registration of establishments by prior notice with deadline, it must integrate the same in one of the existing modalities.
Registration in RNAL - Prior notice with deadline
The Prior Notice with Deadline is a mandatory procedure for registration of AL establishments and is presented at the Single Electronic Counter, before the entry into operation of the same.
Compulsory Information Book
AL establishments are required to have a book of information on the operation and respective establishment rules.
Communication to the SEF through Accommodation Bulletin
Those who provide accommodation to foreign citizens are obliged to communicate it to SEF within 3 days, by means of Accommodation Bulletin.
