BA Direto offers its customers an optimized platform to send Accommodation Bulletins whenever they receive foreign guests, in a direct, simple and secure way. Thus saving a lot of time for other tasks.

Shipping can be done in 3 ways:

1) Check in time, through any device (mobile phone, tablet, pc, etc.) with Internet access, you can complete the Accommodation Bulletin in a few minutes.

2) In advance, send the Accommodation Bulletin for the guest to fill in via the emailing.

3) In advance, send a link to the guest that is copied through the “Copy Link” functionality.
After this link is copied, just paste in the conversations of the booking platforms (Booking, Airbnb, Homeaway, etc.) or send via Whatsapp or SMS so that the guest can fill in all the necessary information.

Online check-in

A plataforma BA Direto permite recolher todos os dados exigidos pela UCEF de cada hóspede, para a comunicação dos Boletins de Alojamento.
It allows access to a list of all Accommodation Bulletins sent, containing all the information on all stays made.
This list can be filtered by the Accommodation that received the stay, as well as by the Check-in and Check-out dates.
It can also be searched by the name of a guest to find the Accommodation Bulletin to view all the information related to the stay.
The search functionality is also applied to the nationality of your guests, as you can search by country.
After finding the desired Accommodation Bulletin, you have the possibility to print a proof of stay, very useful for the guest to do proof with the authorities that require it.
